Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, a list of the items you purchased, and a separate invoice. This email also includes the estimated delivery time based on your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 30 days of delivery. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped or arrived, you can still return the item(s) as long as they are unused and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Yes — if your order hasn't been shipped yet (ideally within 24 hours of purchase), you can reach out to us to request changes such as modifying item quantities, switching items, or updating your shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, email us with your order number and return reason. We provide a free return label, and refunds (or exchanges) will be processed promptly once the item is received.
Can I exchange an item for a different one or size?
Yes, exchanges are possible. To do this, please return the original item and then place a new order for the desired item or size. This helps ensure fast processing and availability.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been processed. The refund will include the cost of the products as well as the original standard shipping fee (if any).

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and DHL’s tracking services. We offer free EU-wide shipping on orders over €100. During checkout, shipping options and costs are displayed clearly based on your location.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please first check your DHL tracking link. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high shipping volumes. If needed, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
No, we currently do not offer customized or made-to-order pieces. All jewelry listed is ready to ship as shown on our site.

We provide care instructions for both stainless steel and sterling silver jewelry. Stainless steel requires minimal maintenance, while sterling silver should be kept dry and stored properly to prevent tarnish. A detailed guide is coming soon to our Care section.

All material details (e.g., stainless steel, silver, gold-plating, etc.) are listed on the product pages. If you have known allergies to specific metals such as nickel or silver, please double-check before ordering or contact us for advice.
Can I wear your jewelry while swimming, sleeping, or exercising?
Yes! Our stainless steel jewelry is waterproof and designed for everyday use, including swimming, sports, gardening, or sleeping. However, sterling silver pieces should be treated with more care — we recommend removing silver items before swimming or showering to maintain their condition.
